How do you ensure the freshness of your flour and grains?
We mill our grains in small batches to order. Each bag is stamped with a 'Milled On' date to ensure you receive the freshest possible product for your baking.
What is the shelf life of The Old Mill products?
Because we do not use artificial preservatives, our stone-ground flours typically last 6 months in a cool, dry pantry or up to a year if stored in the freezer.
Do you offer international shipping for your food items?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada to ensure that our perishable goods arrive in optimal condition and within a reasonable timeframe.
Are your products organic or non-GMO?
Yes, we partner exclusively with local farmers who utilize non-GMO seeds and sustainable, organic farming practices to protect both the land and your health.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrived damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
